Kim Scott is the author of *Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity* and *Just Work: How to Root Out Bias, Prejudice, and Bullying to Build a Kick-Ass Culture of Inclusion*. She’s also the co-founder of Radical Candor, Inc., a company that helps people build better relationships at work.
Before becoming an author and entrepreneur, Kim worked at Google and Apple. At Google, she led a team of AdSense customers and later worked on YouTube and DoubleClick online sales teams. At Apple, she designed and taught a management class called “Managing at Apple” at Apple University.
