Bill Burnett

Bill Burnett is the Executive Director of the Design Program at Stanford University, where he also serves as an adjunct professor in the Mechanical Engineering department. He is renowned for his expertise in design thinking and its application to life design. Before his career in academia, Burnett spent years working in the product design industry, including roles at Apple, where he helped design the PowerBook.

Burnett’s background spans from engineering to design, and he is passionate about applying design principles to help individuals create fulfilling lives and careers. He is a sought-after speaker and consultant, known for his engaging workshops and presentations on life design.
